I started making HelloMe by request from a Chef. In 2020 he was having trouble with imports and asked me if I could make a Local Haloumi. He promptly told me he’d never go back!
This cheese is fine fresh but really shines when you grill it! heat up a grill or skillet and let it get crispy on either side. Also can be cut into sticks and used as a sub for curd in poutine.
