Q: Oh No! my cheese has green growing in the corner even though the package is still sealed. Should I throw it away!
A: Please don’t! We do not treat any of our cheese with anti-fungal so our cheese is still alive. We do make blue cheese in our dairy so there is always a slight chance it will grow on other cheese. the Gozzarella and Cheddars are the most common ones to see this on. once you open the package it scrapes off just fine.
Q: What type of rennet do you use?
A: We use a Microbial Vegetarian Rennet. It is non-GMO, Kosher-certified and PHO-free.
